LSA’s New Friends Committee is a dynamic leadership group of young professionals who support LSA’s programs with contributions, donated services and as volunteers.
Thinking about getting involved? Here are a few ways you can participate: New Friends support fundraisers by getting raffle or silent auction items, or help find a great new space. New Friends help publicize fundraisers and invite their friends. And they volunteer on activities with the families LSA serves.

LSA New Friends Carnival Event for East Harlem Children
Date: June 19th, 2013
Time: 6:30 to 9 pm
Where: LSA - 333 E115th St, New York, NY 10029
We are so excited for our first annual LSA Children's Carnival Event at Little Sisters.
We are inviting East Harlem children ages 6 - 8 to enjoy an evening of carnival games - ring toss, roulette, bowling pins, darts, face painting and many more fun activities with our New Friends and children in our LSA programs. You'll assist the children by helping with the various carnival activities.
This is a terrific opportunity to meet LSA children in our programs in a very fun/interactive way. The activity is on site in our Early Childhood outdoor play space.
Come meet members of our New Friends Committee and have a great time with some wonderful children!
Suggested donation $5.00 and consider bringing a healthy snack to share.
After the event, we'll go to a favorite local spot, Harley's for good drinks/conversation http://www.harleyssmokeshack.org
