A Special Concert to Celebrate Mothers

May 12, 2016 – Mothers in LSA programs enjoyed a special concert and luncheon in honor of Mother’s Day.

The concert featured performances of boleros by musicians Carolina Oliveiros, Alejandro Florez, Sebastian Cruz, and Sergio Reyes.  They performed a number of classic boleros, such as “Besame mucho” and “Quizás, quizás, quizás.”   Following the concert, guests enjoyed a luncheon and a raffle.

78% of LSA clients are women.  This celebration honored their fortitude and resilience.
