The LSA Junior Board invites you for dinner and a conversation with Alison Roman
Join us on December 10th from 6:30 – 7:00 p.m. for VIP experience to chat with Alison (VIP experience tickets are limited), and from 7:00 – 8:00 p.m. for an hour long cooking class with Alison. We’ll cook one of her fan favs and you’ll even be able to submit your questions via chat for Alison to answer.
Ticketing Information
Two ticket types are available:
- VIP Experience with Alison – $250.00: This ticket includes access to a half hour, semi-private VIP virtual session with Alison, plus access to the one hour cooking class. Please note that tickets for the VIP session are limited.
- Cooking Class with Alison – $100.00: This ticket includes access to a one hour, virtual cooking class with Alison.

For starters, we’ll whip up Creamy Sesame Turmeric Dip (found on page 26 of the Nothing Fancy cookbook) during the VIP Experience.
During the main event, we’ll cook Buttered Salmon with Red Onion and Dill (found on page 247 of the Nothing Fancy cookbook).

Alison Roman is a cook, writer and author of the NYT best seller Nothing Fancy: Unfussy Food for Having People Over as well as Dining In: Highly Cookable Recipes.
