At last week’s NYN Media Nonprofit BoardCon 2024, Jonah Gensler, CEO of LSA, shared valuable insights on board engagement during a panel discussion moderated by Ebony Young, Deputy Queens Borough President.

The event emphasized strategies for keeping boards focused on their organization’s mission and role. Key practices highlighted included providing top-line information, connecting decisions to the mission, and offering diverse forms of engagement.
